Cheesy Bread Recipe

This is one of my favorite side dish recipes. It’s so quick and easy, but it’s super tasty! The cheesy bread goes well with soups, chili, or just by itself. It’s one of my husband’s favorites.

Cheesy Bread

Ingredients (20 pieces)

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Lightly spray 13×9 inch pan.

Measure flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix together.

Add eggs, milk, cheese, and vegetable. Mix gently just until flour is moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Spread evenly into pan.

Bake about 40 minutes until lightly browned.
